Jenna has over 10 years of experience working with individuals, children, teens, military families, and families from all walks of life using trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches. Jenna utilizes Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Theraplay, and Attachment-Based Therapy. Jenna treats children and Adolescents ages 3 to 18.

My goal as a therapist is to build a healthy and safe therapeutic environment, where my clients feel safe and accepted, no matter their background. I strive to create a warm and comfortable environment to meet the clients and families I serve right where they are. I believe that we all are trying our best with what we’ve been given. I believe in helping each person achieve their goals by improving their self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-determination. I also believe in the power of play! I am currently undergoing ongoing education and am in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist.
