You can be surrounded by people and still feel profoundly alone. This process group offers a warm, compassionate space for women who feel isolated, disconnected, or unseen — whether due to life transitions, relationship changes, grief, or a lingering sense of not quite belonging.
Together, we’ll explore what makes connection feel difficult and what helps it come alive. Through open conversation and mutual support, members will practice vulnerability, deepen self-understanding, and build meaningful, authentic relationships.
Group therapy offers a supportive space where individuals can connect with others who are navigating similar challenges. In a safe and guided environment, group members share experiences, learn new perspectives, and practice healthy coping skills together. This collaborative process not only reduces feelings of isolation but also builds a sense of community, encouragement, and accountability—making growth and healing more attainable. *Groups are reimbursable via HSA/FSA accounts even if you choose not to use insurance for payment.
