This group is a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies to share openly, deepen self-understanding, and build resilience. Together, we’ll explore identity, process complex emotions like shame and rejection, and unpack the impact of family, culture, and community.
Whether you’re navigating coming out, healing from past hurt, or seeking connection, this group fosters growth, belonging, and strength. We’ll practice boundary-setting, storytelling, and advocacy — all while honoring the diversity of our lived experiences.
Come as you are. Leave more connected to who you are.
Group therapy offers a supportive space where individuals can connect with others who are navigating similar challenges. In a safe and guided environment, group members share experiences, learn new perspectives, and practice healthy coping skills together. This collaborative process not only reduces feelings of isolation but also builds a sense of community, encouragement, and accountability—making growth and healing more attainable. *Groups are reimbursable via HSA/FSA accounts even if you choose not to use insurance for payment.
