Please Note: We do not offer walk-in services. All appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need a walk-in mental health clinic we recommend Unity Point Behavioral Urgent Care (515) 263-2632.

Are You An Existing Client?

If you have already been seen by one of our providers and you would like to make another appointment, please contact them directly or go to our secure online portal at

Use your login credentials to access the secure online scheduling and messaging system. If it has been an extended period of time since your last appointment you may need to have your password reset. Contact your provider if you need assistance logging in. Click on our FAQ tab for information regarding telehealth visits.

Need to Cancel?

Feel free to cancel an appointment if needed; however please make every effort to do so 24-hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment and fail to cancel within 24 hours, you will be billed $75.00 for a missed session.  Please contact your provider directly or use our online scheduling system to cancel or change your appointment.

515 Therapy & Consulting Payment Options

Payment is due at the time of service.  You will pay your clinician directly at the end of each session.  Cash and credit are accepted.  Please contact your clinician regarding payment questions or contact our Billing Specialist at 515.402.4395.
