515 Therapy & Consulting — Where growth begins, courage leads, and change takes root.
515 Therapy & Consulting was founded by Crystal Hemesath, Ph.D., LMFT, LMHC in December, 2011. Crystal’s guiding premise was the concept of the win/win. She believed in creating a space where all parties benefit, from consumers, to employees, to the community. It is Crystal’s intention to create a positive, collaborative, transparent, and rewarding environment, for all.
We are located at 6600 Westown Parkway, Suite 240, West Des Moines, IA 50266.
Where growth begins, courage leads, and change takes root.
We believe change and personal growth are acts of courage. That’s why we challenge the status quo with curiosity, empathy, and relentless learning opportunities for ourselves and those we serve. We are inspired to transform what’s possible in mental health and well-being for individuals, families, leaders, and communities—embracing thriving, not just surviving.
