If your insurance is not listed, you may be able to have a portion of the services reimbursed by your commercial insurance, depending on your out-of-network benefits, not including Medicaid and Medicare (see our Insurance FAQ page). Self-pay is always an option. Payment is due at the time of service. Cash and credit are accepted. Please ask your clinician about payment questions or contact our administrative support by phone at (515) 402-4395 or text at (515) 203-3236. For outstanding balances, an easy way to pay is by going online to our patient portal. We apologize but are not in-network with Medicaid or Medicare, at this time.
