With nine years of experience in the social work field, I’ve had the privilege of serving diverse populations across local community mental health organizations and residential treatment facilities. I have provided both individual and group therapy, supporting clients through addiction recovery, mental health challenges, and emotional healing. My work also includes helping couples and families navigate complex relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and obstacles to connection and engagement. These experiences have shaped my ability to meet clients where they are, understand the systems around them, and guide them toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by the weight of their past, exhausted from trying to hold everything together, and unsure how to break free from patterns that keep pulling them back into anxiety, depression, or addiction. My clients often struggle with emotional pain, self‑doubt, and the lingering impact of trauma or life experiences that continue to shape their present.
I help individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by their emotions figure out how to break painful cycles, understand their inner world, and build a life that feels calmer, more grounded, and more in their control. My clients want to feel more stable, more confident, and more connected to themselves and the people they love. They want to move out of survival mode and into a life that feels meaningful and manageable.
I can help you figure out how to create emotional balance, develop healthier coping skills, and rebuild trust in yourself so that you can move toward the life you want. Together, we will explore your story with compassion, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build practical skills rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your life.
