With six years of experience in outpatient psychiatry, I've dedicated my career to helping patients navigate their mental health with clarity and confidence. My background is rooted in outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management, where I've worked closely with patients, their families, and their broader care teams to build treatment plans that truly fit their lives. Along the way, I've developed a deep belief that patients do best when they're active partners in their own care, not passive recipients of a prescription.
I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mood-related concerns. I'm experienced in psychopharmacology and use evidence-based approaches to guide treatment decisions.
I believe patients deserve to understand not just their medication options, but the full picture of what can support their mental health, including therapy, lifestyle changes, and other non-pharmacological approaches. My goal is always to make sure you feel informed and involved in your own care. I take the time to explain the "why" behind treatment options so you can make choices that feel right for you.
