Experience

I have worked in community-based outpatient therapy, school-based mental health, university counseling, and hospital-based behavioral health settings.

Specialities

Children and adolescent mental health, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, LGBTQ+ related concerns, identity and self-discovery, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship struggles, family dynamics, and academic/school-related stress.

My Approach

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, relationships, school, work, or major life changes start piling up. For children and teens, those struggles may show up through big emotions, behavior changes, difficulty at school, or challenges at home. For young adults and adults, it might feel like being stuck in your own head, unsure of what comes next, or trying your best but still not feeling like yourself. I help children, teens, young adults, and adults better understand what they’re going through, recognize their strengths, and find practical ways to move forward.

Therapy can be a place to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and figure out what is already working (even when it doesn’t feel like much). I can help you or your child build confidence, manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop tools that actually fit everyday life. I offer therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, identity, school-related stress, and life transitions.

I believe people are more than the problems that bring them to therapy. Together, we’ll identify strengths, explore the relationships and experiences that may be influencing what’s happening, and focus on small, meaningful changes that can make life feel more manageable. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, solution-focused, and systemic, with room for creativity, humor, honesty, and being yourself. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy, we can figure out the next steps together.
