I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse backgrounds. I have experience working in an autism center (ABA), hospitals, treatment facilities, community mental health, and private practice.
I have particular expertise in supporting individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and those managing complex medical histories. In addition to therapy, I enjoy conducting psychological assessments for individuals of all ages, helping them gain a clearer understanding of themselves and identify areas for personal growth and positive change. I find feedback sessions particularly rewarding, as clients often express appreciation for the new found clarity and tools that these sessions provide.

I employ a range of evidence-based techniques, including Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), client-centered methods, and trauma-informed practices. I also strongly believe in challenging my clients when appropriate, encouraging personal growth and new self-discovery along the way.
