Nikki is a compassionate and experienced therapist who works with individuals across the lifespan—including children, teens, and adults—in both individual and group settings. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, Nikki creates a supportive, client-focused space that encourages growth and self-awareness. She also integrates techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness practices, and Behavioral Therapy to tailor each session to her clients’ unique needs. Nikki has specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), gained through her work with children on the autism spectrum, and is also trained as a substance abuse counselor in outpatient care. She brings extensive experience supporting clients through trauma, helping them navigate and heal from challenging life events with empathy and evidence-based strategies.

As your therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, accepting space where you feel truly seen and supported. I'm passionate about walking alongside individuals on their healing journeys, offering not only validation and empathy but also the gentle challenge needed for growth. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as I believe meaningful change begins with understanding our thought patterns, core beliefs, and behaviors. I also incorporate a Person-Centered framework, honoring the idea that you are the expert of your own experience, and therapy should reflect that. Together, we’ll work on building resilience, developing practical coping strategies, and creating healthier ways of thinking and being.
