As your therapist, my approach is to create an environment where you feel safe and accepted. I have a passion for helping individuals through their healing journey and believe that requires a therapist who hears you, validates you, and also will challenge you to grow. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach in most of my sessions as I believe that the root of changing is identifying our patterns, core beliefs, and unhelpful ways of thinking. I also utilize a Person-Centered approach as I believe that therapy should center around the client because you are the expert on you! I will walk with you on your journey and offer support and guidance. I work with individuals to build up resiliency, coping skills, and new ways of thinking.
