What is it?

Explore your neurodivergent journey, connect with others, & find validation in a judgement-free space.

A psychoeducational and process-oriented group for women diagnosed with ADHD, ASD, or both after high school, offering a supportive space to explore experiences, build self-understanding, and connect with others on similar journeys.

Some topics you will find here:

  • How to manage Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria
  • Normalization of hormone changes that impact symptom severity
  • Understanding "masking" and how it leads to burnout
  • Processing of the grief that often occurs with late diagnosis

When is it?

Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm starting October 1 for 6 weeks

Insurances accepted: BCBS, Health Partners, Midland's Choice (Cigna), Aetna, Aplos UHC, or self pay ($45 per session)
