My clinical focus includes anxiety, life transitions, blended family dynamics, and substance use concerns. I enjoy facilitating therapy groups using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My Approach

Anxiety and life transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself and the people around you. Whether you are navigating a major change, blended family dynamics, or the impact of addiction, it can be hard to find stability or know where to begin. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to help them navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges so they can regain balance, clarity, and confidence.

Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change. I help clients develop practical tools to manage anxiety, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier coping strategies. Together, we work to improve communication, foster stronger relationships, and increase resilience during times of stress or transition. I provide therapy for anxiety, life transitions, blended family concerns, and addiction-related challenges.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe therapy should feel supportive, not overwhelming. I work alongside clients to identify unhelpful patterns, build effective coping skills, and support growth at each stage of life. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I welcome you to reach out when you are ready to take the next step.
