Processing the World: A Geopolitical Therapy Group (a few spots open)

What is it?

Explore. Protect. Engage.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the state of the world but unsure how to stay engaged without burning out?
Have you ever struggled to align your values with how you show up in the world — without losing yourself?

Processing the World is a therapy group for individuals who care deeply about social, political, and civic issues — but are seeking healthier ways to process, participate, and protect their own well-being. In a time of nonstop news and polarized conversations, it’s easy to feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed.

This group offers a space to:

  • Explore your personal values and how they show up in daily life
  • Engage in meaningful reflection around civic and social issues
  • Build scripts and confidence to set boundaries in difficult conversations with family, friends, and co-workers
  • Discover practices that prevent burnout and support inner peace

Processing the World helps you find clarity, resilience, and connection — so you can stay grounded while staying engaged.
