What is it?

Learn mindfulness to manage emotions & thinking errors. Get ready to map your nervous system and increase awareness in patterns causing dysregulation. Using this we will create coping strategies to maintain regulation. Leave the group feeling empowered with a toolbox and support. Ages 18+
