Taylor is also familiar with Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Taylor treats youth and adults ages 10 and up.

I look forward to working with individuals and families, including children, teens, and adults to help form necessary coping skills to work through life's challenges, create and maintain healthy relationships, and increase overall resilience.
