My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, warm, and comfortable space that helps foster acceptance and growth. I am passionate about working from a family systems perspective as our first families and upbringings often transform us into who we are, and can have a large impact on our lives, psychosocial health, and relationships today. I work alongside clients to support them in moving toward healing, growth, healthy relationships, and fulfilling lives. I look forward to working with children, teens, families, and couples to help form necessary coping skills to work through life's challenges, create and maintain healthy relationships, and increase overall resilience.
