MY APPROACH

I am honored anytime a client walks into the therapy room and trusts me to hold both their hurt and hope with them! I enjoy empowering clients in healing and growing into their full selves. I believe that each client shows up with the strength and ability to reach their goals. Part of therapy is tapping into these strengths to find creative solutions.

A large part of my job is to create a safe and trusting space that fosters acceptance and growth. My person-centered foundation allows for each client’s needs to be treated in a way that best suits them. I incorporate body-based work to integrate and heal the various ways we can each hold onto things, both emotionally and physically. It is important for me to approach each client with respect, dignity and kindness.
