I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. I have previously worked in outpatient mental health, community mental health and residential treatment.

ADHD, Adjustment Issues, Anger Management, Anxiety, Behavioral Concerns, Depression, Family Issues, Life Transition Issues, Peer Relationships, Stress Management, Teenage Issues

My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I strongly believe in working with clients to develop trust and empowering them to address difficult subjects. I work to assist clients with identifying their strengths and how to best utilize those strengths to develop coping strategies. I believe in working not only with my clients but also collaborating with other important figures in their lives, including family members when appropriate. I believe therapy goals are more likely reached when everyone works together for the benefit of the client. I recognize that each client is unique and we will work together to identify the best treatment plan for each client.
